It’s not uncommon to be in an hour-long meeting of heated debates, without knowing what problems we are trying to solve.

It is not uncommon to be in a fight with your loved ones debating who’s way is better, without ever mentioning about what for.

Define is an invitation to align expectations.

Definition is dynamic and adaptive. However, it should always be communicated, check and recheck.

Before offering the solutions and answer, question.

Author Conor Kenny once said, “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.”

While I don’t know if it is the single biggest problem, it is a big problem.

Define, not as a way to win.

Define, not as a way to challenge.

Define to find the common ground.
